Workouts customized to your goals with in-person sessions to check form and hold you accountable. First session starts with an assessment to check your baseline fitness and track your progress so you can see tangible results of the work you’re doing.
In-Person
Online
Same as in-person training except the 1-on-1 sessions are virtual! We’ll meet for live video chats to go through workouts and check form. Workouts tailored to the space you have available, so you can get moving at home! Best for people with busy lives or people too far from Baltimore.
Bring-a-Buddy
Nervous about starting your fitness journey? You might feel more comfortable doing it with a friend or partner. Discounted rate for two people and one basic combined program. Limited to 6 sessions, continue with individual training after if desired.
