Meet Liz.

I’m Liz, a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you take care of yourself. I know that looks different for everyone, so I’m here to make movement a part of your life in the way that makes the most sense for you. Fitness helped me build a healthy relationship with my body, grow my confidence, and learn discipline that has carried over into every area of my life. And now I’m here to help you do the same.

Compassion and accessibility are at the core of my practice. I take a kind, non-judgmental approach to fitness and will even let you bring a friend if you don’t want to start by yourself (see my Bring A Buddy Training Package). But when you need that extra push, I’m there to give it. Whether you need gentle encouragement or tough-love accountability, I’m your trainer.

If you have hard goals of body recomposition or soft goals of just feeling better in the day-to-day, I’ll build a program that works for you. I am experienced in resistance/strength training, aerobic training, and mobility/stability training. Alongside being a trainer, I work with physical therapy patients as a Chiropractic Assistant and am experienced in teaching corrective exercise.
